Trevor has been doing video work for over 10 years. The rest of our team work for Blank Production on a part-time freelance basis and come with varying degrees of experience. 

Yes please. Since our team is tagging along with you for the entire day they won't have a chance to stop and eat. Our crew brings their own lunch but because we need to be ready at a moments notice at the reception in case something important happens, we require you to feed our crew. We do prefer having a spot at one of your tables to eat, because our crew does need a brief break to catch our breath before the next part of your day starts. 

We have been a part of a wide variety of religious ceremonies, but for the most part we have only done justice of the peace and christian style ceremonies. 
If you are having a specific style wedding that has unique traditions or you plan on having something like a sand ceremony, please let us know in advance so we are ready to capture it on your big day. 

Yes, and we try to use songs you want because it makes the video unique to you as a couple. However, due to copyright rules we have password protect any videos that have copyright music so the don't get crawled and flagged by vimeo.com. 

For the bonus wedding trailer we use a facebook friendly version of the a song to avoid it get­ting blocked. We try to find a version of a song you chose that works, but may have to use a royalty free song of our chasing to make it work.

If you would rather have a non password protected video we can use our large library of royalty free music.

The # of shooters will depend on which package you chose. On occasion depending on the availability of shooters, you may see as many as 3 shooters at your wedding. Since our additional shooters are freelancers we sometimes have to use 3 shooters cover a package that needs 2. Depending on the timing of the transition for the shooters we may use an extra shooter during the ceremony or speeches to avoid switching during an important event. This is no at additional charge 
to you. Some weddings we may also bring a first time freelanc­er to try them out. This again is at no charge to you because we are testing their abilities to use them in the future. We ensure that for every package you have the # of experienced freelancers you pay for. Any first time freelancers are not included in the # of videographers you are paying for. 

Yes we serve all north western Ontario, see our extras and add on page 27 for the pricing. For out of town weddings we will most likely need to book overnight accomodations. Winter weddings will need bookings for the night before and the night of the wedding. For summer weddings we will discuss need based on your wedding day schedule and package, but we usually need a room the night before. 

The sooner the better. We only have enough equipment to do one wedding per weekend. That means the first deposit paid books us. Which Package doesn't matter. If you know you want to book us but need time decided the package you can pay the deposit and decide on the package in time. We will eventually need to know which package, but to hold the date you only need to pay the deposit. 

Yes, we have you review the video to ensure you are happy with it, additionally it doesn't hurt having a fresh pair of eyes look for typos or other omissions in the video. We do allow you to provide a one time list of suggested changes for us to review and attempt to make. We do our best to honour all your suggested changes. After we have completed this list, any changes after this point will be charged at our standard editing

In the contract we say no more than 6 months, but it is usually sooner. Typically it takes 2-3 months after your wedding for us to start your video.

Because we do more than just wedding videos, we complete projects chrono­logically. 

We retain the copyright of the final video for our pro­motional needs and to share with future brides. We do honour requests to keep the video private. However all bonus wedding trailers cannot be made private. 

Yes, Vimeo.com allows us to set whatever privacy set­tings you wish, we can even password protect it. How­ever, we may chose to share your video with potential brides. We will not share it via social media. Like above the bonus wedding trailers cannot be made private. 

At the end of your video we will include our company logo to ensure that future brides that see your video will know how to find us. 

We do our best to schedule our time to use the hours included in the packages to cover your entire day. If your wedding has events happening later in the evening that you want covered and they push us beyond our coverage hours then we will charge you the additional hour rate.

 Most packages have enough hours included to cover from 9am-9pm with the main videographer. We usually plan for 12 hours for the main videographer, and 1 0hrs for the assistant.
